Tickets for personal assistants
Cecil Sharp House visitors with a disability are invited to join our free Access Register. By registering you can be eligible to bring a personal assistant, who can assist you during your visit for no extra cost. Disabled access tickets for you to print at home can be purchased online via our box office. You may be asked to provide proof of your entitlement to a personal assistant ticket.
The box office is at the Reception desk at Cecil Sharp House. There is a hearing induction loop at the reception desk.
The majority of our events are all seated and we can organise a direct sight line of the performance for customers who require it. If in a large group we may only be able to accommodate you and a companion. For standing events we can provide an area in front of the stage (either to the left or right, depending on the event set-up and customer preference): please let our box office staff know if you would like us to provide these.
There are two wheelchair accessible toilets and baby changing facilities on the ground floor, and one accessible toilet plus baby changing facilities on the basement level.
Kennedy Hall has a hearing loop installed as indicated by signage within the venue.
Assistance dogs are welcomed at Cecil Sharp House. Please ask us if you require drinking water for your dog.
On the rare occasion that strobe lighting is used, warning signs will be placed within the venue.
Alternative formats of our season brochure are available upon request – including large print, braille and audio.
